Convini competes with Wellr – “Right now, we’ve been standing up for more than 910 hours”

Convini AB is now in its second year with wellr. Convini is a thriving company where employees work with a wide range of tasks, from warehouse workers and drivers to administrative staff.

After carrying out two Wellr surveys, it is clear that Convini’s employees need to improve their level of physical activity in order for the company to become healthier overall.

Therefore, Convini’s HR Manager, Mikael Buskas, together with the Wellr team, has drawn up an action plan to get more employees to become more active.

“What’s unique about Wellr, apart from the fact that we get a detailed overview analysis of how the employees are doing, is that we can also tailor competitions that suit each department.

“This year we will run a company-wide competition every quarter to create continuity in our health efforts. Right now, we’re running a stand-up competition for everyone who works in the office, and as of now we’ve been standing up for more than 910 hours! I think these types of activities help spread a positive health culture in the company. For the third quarter, the entire company will take part in the Bellman Relay. Ahead of that, we will set up a walking and running competition to sharpen everyone’s fitness and make sure as many people as possible increase their level of physical activity.”
