For healthier employees

Your employer has signed an agreement with us. Therefore, you will soon be able to use the Wellr health app. There, dietary advice is mixed with fun exercise challenges and health tests. Below is a quick crash course in how it works.

What happens now?

We will start shortly. You will then receive a registration email from Wellr on your email with a link where you register. Once you have registered, you can download the Wellr app. You log in with your e-mail address and with the password you have chosen.

This is how Wellr works

Health check

The first step is to create awareness of the employees’ health status. Each individual therefore undergoes a digital health check in Wellr consisting of evidence-based questions in the areas of health and wellbeing.

Health profile

An individual health profile is created on completion of the digital health check. Wellr’s health wheel clearly shows each employee’s health status. The personal health profile is completely anonymous and the company cannot access any personal data.

Customise health plans

As soon as the digital health check has been completed, Wellr’s AI robot develops customised health plans to enable individuals themselves to work on improving their own health. Wellr takes needs, previous experience, levels of ambition and the individual’s own wishes into consideration. The health plans are developed by experts in each area of health and may consist of everything from quitting smoking, sleep school, diet, exercise programmes, stress management and ergonomics, etc.

How do you register with Wellr?

Your employer must have purchased the service in order for you to be able to access Wellr. On start-up, you’ll receive an activation email sent to your work email address. Click on the link and fill in your details. You have now activated your Wellr account. It would be a good idea to download the Wellr app at this point.
How do I log into the Wellr app?

You use the same information you provided when you registered for your Wellr account. Your work email address will be your username and the password will be the one you yourself have chosen. You are required to have an active Wellr account to be able to log in.
How do you register with Wellr using a code?

You’ve been given access to a code through your employer in order to activate your account on Wellr. Press the “log in” button and then: Register using a code. Then enter the email address you want to use and the code you received from your employer. You’ll shortly receive an activation email at the email address you provided. Click on the link and fill in your details. You have now activated your Wellr account. It would be a good idea to download the Wellr app at this point.
What does the fact that Wellr is anonymous mean?

Only you can view your Wellr profile. Your employer can see statistics at an aggregated level, but in the form of average results.
