Creating sustainable habits is one of the greatest health challenges of our time. Most people know what is good for the body. Fewer manage to make it work over time. The same applies to organizations. The will is there, but the structure is often missing. That is why Wellr chose to develop Health Bootcamp together with Leila Söderholm.
Leila Söderholm is not a passing fitness personality. She is one of Sweden’s most in-demand health inspirers, lecturers, and the leading public face of everyday exercise. With over 30 years of experience working with companies, the public sector, and large organizations, she has coached and inspired thousands of people to move more and improve their health.
She has been nominated for Speaker of the Year and voted Health Inspirer of the Year by the Swedish public. In 2024 & 2025 she was selected as an Excellent Speaker, the speaking world’s equivalent of the “Jerring Prize”, based solely on customer evaluations. She is a recurring expert on TV programs such as Nyhetsmorgon and has appeared everywhere from morning shows to everyday tips on milk cartons. She is also the author of the books Vardagsträna and Smygträna and has for many years been a health profile in national media. But it is not just her visibility that makes her relevant. It is her experience.
“We wanted to work with someone who has credibility, experience, and the ability to truly reach people. Leila combines knowledge with warmth and relatability. It’s a rare combination,” says Martin Forslund, co-founder of Wellr.
From inspiration to real change
The Health Bootcamp is a 34-day structured initiative in the Wellr app. It is based on Leila’s philosophy of everyday exercise. Movement should be simple, accessible, and possible to carry out regardless of life situation.
The program includes:
• Scheduled workouts adapted for home and workplace • Daily health boosts that strengthen both physical and mental health • Activity log that makes progress visible • Food inspiration with concrete breakfast, lunch, and dinner suggestions • Community features that create a sense of belonging and motivation
No advanced equipment is required. No extreme regimes. The focus is on continuity and feasibility.
