At Bravura, we understand that you, our employees, are the heart of our organization. To further support your well-being, we are expanding our health focus by offering all our employees access to the health app Wellr. In the Wellr app, dietary advice and personalized plans are mixed with fun exercise challenges and health tests. We hope you will like Wellr and that you have a fun and well-being experience with the health app.
Below is a quick crash course on how it works.
As soon as you have registered your user and logged in to Wellr, it's time to find out your individual health situation. In a number of different tests, you will answer questions that help to paint a picture of your health status and what you can focus on to feel better.
When you have completed the tests, your individual health profile, or what we call your health index, is presented. It will be clear which health areas you can focus on to achieve positive change. Your personal health profile is completely anonymous and the company cannot access any personal data.
Wellr then suggests health plans on how you can achieve better health. It can be anything from training programs or sleep schools to smoking cessation or CBT courses. All health plans are based on modern research and are tailored to your results.
As a Wellr user, you can also challenge yourself or colleagues to step competitions, stair challenges, or perhaps inspire others to start a form of exercise you enjoy. The possibilities are many.
Twice a year, Wellr invites to attend digital health lectures on various health topics. These lectures are given by experts in the field, and provide valuable information and insights on different aspects of health and wellness.
Every month, Wellr users receive a health newsletter. The newsletter contains various health tips, as well as information about new challenges, training programs, and recipes in the app. Of course, it is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter if you do not want to receive it.
We have a chat support at www.wellr.se that is staffed on weekdays 9.00 - 17.00. You can also email in questions with answers within 24 hours.
Wellr leaves nothing to chance. Instead, we have, based on science, created a service that covers all aspects of health, both at work and beyond.
With the competition function, you can challenge one another within the company or create a common goal to work towards. It’s a fun way for you to encourage one another to feel better and perform better. The challenges can consist of anything from walking around Manhattan in a virtual step challenge to giving one another positive feedback.
You have received a user registration email at your work email address from no-reply@wellr.se. Use it and click on the "Create Account" button. If you cannot find the email, you can contact us at contact@wellr.se.
You use the same information you provided when you registered for your Wellr account. Your work email address will be your username and the password will be the one you yourself have chosen. You are required to have an active Wellr account to be able to log in.
Only you can view your Wellr profile. Your employer can see statistics at an aggregated level, but in the form of average results.
If you delete your Wellr account, your personal information will be deleted immediately and your health statistics will be anonymized.
Personal data and health statistics are stored in Sweden (Falkenberg and Stockholm), and no personal data is processed outside the EU or by cloud services with American ownership.
