• All users consent to the processing of sensitive personal data. • Users choose for themselves what information they add, beyond email and year of birth. • Consent can be withdrawn, and all of one’s own data deleted, at the press of a button. • Users are anonymised on deletion, and inactive accounts are deleted after a warning. • No statistics are shown for groups of fewer than 8 people.
Needs differ between employees, so Wellr meets each person based on their motivation, experience and level of ambition. A holistic view of eight health areas, gamification, research and tailored communication mean that in many assignments we have engaged over 90% of the staff.
Healthy habits reduce the risk of chronic disease and make for happier, healthier employees. Companies that use Wellr have on average increased their physical activity level by 10.5%, and 8% moved out of risk groups for sick leave.
Employees take a digital health check that becomes a personal health profile. Based on it, tailored plans are created, from home workouts and sleep school to quitting tobacco and exercises against stress.
