Wellr and Skandia have a close collaboration. Thanks to AstraZeneca’s insurance within Skandia’s Health Chain, you have free access to the Wellr health app. The app offers a mix of dietary advice and personalized plans along with fun exercise challenges and health tests. We hope you enjoy Wellr and that you have a fun and wellness-enhancing experience with the health app.

Once you have registered, you can download Wellr 2.0. You will log in with your email address and the password you have chosen.

Health check

As soon as you have registered your user and logged in to Wellr, it’s time to find out your individual health situation. In a number of different tests, you will answer questions that help to paint a picture of your health status and what you can focus on to feel better.

Health profile

When you have completed the tests, your individual health profile, or what we call your health index, is presented. It will be clear which health areas you can focus on to achieve positive change. Your personal health profile is completely anonymous and the company cannot access any personal data.

Customise health plans

Wellr then suggests health plans on how you can achieve better health. It can be anything from training programs or sleep schools to smoking cessation or CBT courses. All health plans are based on modern research and are tailored to your results.

Competitions & health challenges

As a Wellr user, you can also challenge yourself or colleagues to step competitions, stair challenges, or perhaps inspire others to start a form of exercise you enjoy. The possibilities are many.

Lectures

Twice a year, Wellr invites to attend digital health lectures on various health topics. These lectures are given by experts in the field, and provide valuable information and insights on different aspects of health and wellness.

Health newsletter

Every month, Wellr users receive a health newsletter. The newsletter contains various health tips, as well as information about new challenges, training programs, and recipes in the app. Of course, it is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter if you do not want to receive it.

We have a chat support both in logged-in and logged-out mode. You can also email in questions with answers within 24 hours.

FAQ

How do I log into the Wellr app?

You use the same information you provided when you registered for your Wellr account. Your work email address will be your username and the password will be the one you yourself have chosen. You are required to have an active Wellr account to be able to log in.
What does the fact that Wellr is anonymous mean?

Only you can view your Wellr profile. Your employer can see statistics at an aggregated level, but in the form of average results.
If you choose to cancel the Wellr health app after a period of use, how long is your personal data saved?

If you delete your Wellr account, your personal information will be deleted immediately and your health statistics will be anonymized.
Where are personal data and health statistics stored, and does Wellr comply with GDPR requirements?

Personal data and health statistics are stored in Sweden (Falkenberg and Stockholm), and no personal data is processed outside the EU or by cloud services with American ownership.
