How your business gets started with Wellr

Wellr and Skandia have a close collaboration where your company, which is part of the Skandia Health Chain, gains access to the health app Wellr – free of charge for employees who have insurance.

Personal data and health statistics are stored in Sweden (Falkenberg and Stockholm), no personal data is processed outside the EU, or by cloud services with American owners.

• All users (private individuals) consent to the processing of sensitive personal data.
• All users choose for themselves which data they enter in Wellr (In addition to email address (year of birth).
• Users can withdraw their consent and delete their own data with the push of a button.
• After a set time, inactive users are notified. If they remain inactive, their data will automatically be deleted.
• No group-level statistics are issued to the company for groups smaller than 8 people.

Wellr works with a step-by-step model where the employees perform a digital health check that is compiled into personal health profiles. Based on these profiles, custom-tailored health plans are created, which can include training at home, stretching exercises for pain, sleep school, tobacco cessation or preventive exercises against stress and mental illness. Wellr leverages real-time data and AI technology to create a more meaningful user experience, delivering content that is relevant not only to a user’s interests but also appropriate for where they are in their health journey.
